| About The Hungarian Vending Association |
|
The Hungarian Vending Association was founded by twenty-three representative members of the vending industry on 24 October 1994. From this time on the association represents the interests of the industry. Besides the manufacturers of vending machines and parts the branch of vending machine business comprises several different companies: distributors and operators of the machines and parts, manufacturers and distributors of ingredients and products, payment systems and cups.
It was very important, during the formation of the market economy, to promote the operators of the unique vending machines among consumers and also in the state sector.
Our present members account for 65-70% of the sales in Hungary.
The association is responsible for professional and representative tasks:
- HVA provides information for the members, ensures the technical development; it is working on the spreading and improvement of the up-to-date catering industry vending machines, services and selling systems.
- HVA represents its members towards the authorities, parliamentary and economic organisations.
- HVA manages marketing and quality control tasks and publishes brochures and advertisement material.
- HVA provides a forum for the members that is an excellent opportunity for giving in?depth introduction of their activities.
- HVA supports building connections with fellow-organisations in Hungary and also abroad.

The association is trying to coordinate the vending machine business to help the communication between different companies and it is also trying to set the premises of quality services.
